Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in Claims and Disputes within the CCB Operations Product organization. Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery; consider upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience; support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap; analyze product metrics across the development lifecycle; assist with planning, execution, and future development by adapting and developing new products and methodologies while managing risks; write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development; collaborate with Engineering to balance business delivery, technology enablement, and operations; contribute to overall product lifecycle through planning and development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using industry standard notations
- Understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Alteryx, etc.)
