Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in Cards Services to drive product development and optimization through user research and data-driven insights. Collaborates with product, analytics, business, and engineering to define and prioritize user stories, maintain a healthy backlog (including with the India engineering team), and coordinate Release and Sprint planning. Conducts pre-release reviews, regression testing, and quality assurance to certify production-ready releases, and partners with product leads, operations, and production management to research and resolve customer-impacting issues. Requires 5+ years in product, financial services, technology, or related fields, understanding of development processes, databases, and microservices, and strong cross-functional collaboration and agile capabilities. Preferred knowledge includes financial services/payments domain and agentic AI product experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product, financial services, technology, project management, or other relevant fields
- Demonstrated history of managing product delivery or supporting product teams in financial services or technology
- Understanding of development processes, database usage, and microservices (e.g., Kafka, APIs)
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, analytics, business)
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for engaging with business and technical stakeholders and management
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, driving clarity and structure while building products from concept to launch (0 to 1)
- Agile project management experience, including proficiency in agile project management tools (i.e., JIRA Align, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid etc.)
- Industry/domain knowledge: Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments is a plus
- Agentic AI: Experience building products that leverage agentic AI, and a keen interest in the agentic AI landscape
