Job Summary
Senior Product Associate on the Card Financial Transactions team collaborates with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and market insights. Drives upstream and downstream implications of features, supports collection of user research and journey mapping, informs strategic roadmap with market analysis, and analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle. Responsible for writing requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development, and for shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver high-quality financial product features that impact millions. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, experience with data analytics, APIs, cloud concepts, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Skilled in writing comprehensive test cases, including edge cases, for all the identified use cases
- Ability to assimilate information and learn new applications and processes and analyze complex system requirements and present findings
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop detailed flowcharts illustrating information architecture and process flows
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills; proficient in written and verbal communication
- Technical proficiency with APIs and cloud concepts
- Agile/Scrum certification or minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
