Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in Chase’s Card Data Owners/Data Privacy Product team collaborates with cross-functional partners to lead customer-centric product development. You will leverage user research and metrics to inform the strategic roadmap, write requirements, epics, and user stories, and partner with data owners, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions and generative AI solutions. The role focuses on driving analytical data products for the Card business and shaping the future with strategy, governance, and data quality to improve business outcomes and customer experiences. You will work within Consumer & Community Banking, collaborating with analysts, engineers, and architects to translate business needs into technical specifications and product improvements, and to tell the data-driven story of value across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in API-first product design, data governance, and real-time data processing, experience in delivering enterprise-scale data products with measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Snowflake
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Experience in influencing the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation
- Strategic development, requirements definition and value management
- Experience in driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with them
- Technical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, data modeling and data architecture
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in product development
- Good knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design and data analytics
- Familiarity with different data environments such as AWS S3, Snowflake and Data Bricks
