Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in AI Governance responsible for designing and implementing product features that apply AI and data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure ethical and compliant use of AI technologies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Firmwide CDO, data scientists, engineers, legal, compliance, design, and business units) to integrate AI/ML and data governance into the development lifecycle, establish monitoring and reporting for compliance, and address industry regulations and emerging risks. Requires experience in product management, governance, risk, or compliance in regulated industries, understanding of AI/ML and data governance concepts, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and certifications in AI/data governance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, technology governance, risk management, or compliance within regulated industries such as financial services
- Basic understanding of AI/ML (including generative AI) and data governance, MLOps, and technology governance/risk/compliance principles
- Proven experience in business analysis to identify critical requirements by understanding complex and interdependent processes
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
