Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across the full customer journey, covering acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, transactions, and drop-off points. Define KPI definitions, calculation methodology, and reporting frequency while working with Technology to ensure tracking accuracy. Monitor product, marketing, and funnel KPIs on an ongoing basis to flag unusual trends, risks, and performance gaps early. Distinguish short-term fluctuations from structural issues and run regular performance reviews with Product, Marketing, Technology, and leadership. Connect product and marketing KPIs to broader business objectives such as GMV, active users, and retention to help leadership prioritize focus areas. Define success metrics and baselines before new feature launches, then track adoption and business impact post-launch to deliver evidence-based reads on initiative performance. Turn analysis into practical, prioritized recommendations and help teams design experiments with clear impact measurement. Report to the Head of Product and partner regularly with Marketing and Technology teams. Requires several years of experience in product analytics, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in BI tools like Looker or Amplitude.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence, ideally at a digital product, marketplace, fintech, or platform business
- A track record of building dashboards, defining KPIs, and measuring the impact of features and campaigns
- Strong command of funnel, cohort, retention, and segmentation analysis
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase, and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
- Good SQL skills, so you can pull and analyse your own data independently
- Ability to turn data into a clear business recommendation, and a solid grasp of what drives the business, including GMV, activation, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Confidence to challenge assumptions when the data tells a different story
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, structured, and independent way of working, comfortable operating with incomplete data and shifting priorities
- Meaningful overlap with Central European working hours
- Comfort working in English, our team's working language
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical evaluation
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to speed up analytical work
