Job Summary
Senior Payment Operations Analyst at Wise focusing on analytics to improve payment flows and quality. You will partner with Payment Operations to drive data-driven decisions, own an attribution model for quality lapses, and work with multiple teams to enhance payment processing quality. The role includes exposing data insights across the organization, building and maintaining data pipelines, creating visualizations, and incorporating AI to improve the quality review process. You’ll join a large team of analysts (150+) to collaborate on cross-team projects and drive changes that impact customer payment experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with dbt (ideally) and building data pipelines
- Strong quantitative skills (statistics, mathematics, engineering, analytics)
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business insights
- Ability to structure business problems and prioritize with stakeholders
- Proactive, ownership mindset
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and storytelling with data
