Senior Product Analyst (Growing towards Team Lead)

Job Summary
Senior Product Analyst to grow into a Product Analytics Team Lead. Responsible for investigating changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs; conducting user behavior, funnel, retention, and cohort analyses; designing and interpreting experiments (A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC); quantifying impact of initiatives; partnering with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams; generating actionable insights to influence strategy and roadmaps. Also contribute to Analytics Infrastructure, data quality, and reporting improvements; support development of marketing analytics frameworks (LTV, CAC, attribution, funnel measurement). Leadership development track includes mentoring, cross-functional initiative ownership, and readiness for people management. Strong SQL, data analysis, product metrics, stakeholder management, and independent work with an english proficiency at least at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level. Remote full-time opportunity with distributed teams; time-zone alignment within GMT+4 to GMT+10.
