Job Summary
Senior Product Analyst at Feeld responsible for establishing the end-to-end product measurement framework and turning measurement into actionable product decisions. You will partner with product and data leaders to roll out standard metrics, deliver dashboards as the primary source of truth for product performance, drive insights that influence engagement, retention, and monetization, and improve experimentation quality through rigorous test design and post-test interpretation. The role requires expertise in experimentation within a two-sided marketplace, causal inference modeling, robust tracking/instrumentation, understanding of network effects, and proficiency with Amplitude, Snowflake, DBT, and programming languages such as R or Python. The organization is fully remote with a globally distributed team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing and running experiments in a two-sided marketplace
- Ability to build and analyze causal inference models and deploy advanced statistical methodologies
- Experience implementing efficient tracking and instrumentation to measure user behavior in an app
- Understanding of network effects and marketplace theory
- Proficiency with Amplitude, Snowflake, DBT
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
- Advanced analytical reasoning and ability to drive product strategy through data
