Job Summary
Senior Product Analyst — Banking Operations: Responsible for closing and disbursing loans, coordinating with Lending Origination Officers and third parties to gather documentation and collateral, resolving closing obstacles (liens, judgments, insurance, title exceptions), preparing loan packages for review by Documentation, Compliance, and the Lending Origination Officer, ensuring loan submissions comply with bank policies, and maintaining accurate loan documentation. Includes preparing submissions for boarding and disbursements, following up on post-closing exceptions, researching credit worthiness and collateral positioning via credit inquiries and UCC filings, and training less experienced Loan Administrators. Requires 8+ years of related experience in loan administration or related banking areas, strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory obligations, and solid communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Knowledge of one or more loan types
- Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
