Job Summary
Senior Product Administrator Specialist will manage client reporting, review and respond to margin calls from different departments, reconcile collateral balances, review and document process flows to streamline operations, participate in ad-hoc departmental projects, assist in training colleagues, prepare monthly internal/external statistics, and act as point of contact for routine/escalation queries. Requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, English proficiency, and solid MS Excel/Outlook skills; role involves collaboration within finance-related teams and ensuring collateral exposures are properly managed. Note: role requires a minimum of three days per week in the Kraków office.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates from economics, finance
- MS Office focus on Outlook and Excel
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook; Power Point and Word will be an advantage
- German would be an advantage but is not a must
- Minimum of three days per week in the office
