Job Summary
Senior Producer at Code and Theory leads integrated digital, social, video, content, and campaign initiatives from brief to final delivery; owns project scope, SOWs, budgets, and profitability while proactively identifying risks and escalating when needed. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, serve as day-to-day client contact, maintain client trust with senior stakeholders, drive alignment across clients and partners, facilitate reviews, and mentor other producers to raise the bar on how the work is planned, scoped, budgeted, and executed. You stay ahead of technology trends and AI-enabled workflows to move work faster and more effectively, ensuring the team delivers high-impact, on-brand storytelling across channels.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience leading integrated projects across digital, social, video, content, and campaign initiatives
- Fluency in budget management and SOW creation
- Experience sourcing and managing vendors and freelancers
- Track record of real client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to mentor producers and team members and improve processes
