Job Summary
Lead production for integrated campaigns with strong motion and post-production components, owning all phases from scoping and timelines through shoot logistics and delivery. Manage vendors, production partners, and freelance crews while serving as the day-to-day production lead with clients. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to align across disciplines, problem-solving to maintain creative quality while protecting schedules and budgets. Work with global clients across gaming, tech, and entertainment, supporting projects from concept through delivery. Requires 6+ years of production experience, solid budgeting and scheduling skills, and willingness to travel. Monday through Thursday in-office with flexible remote options.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of production experience
- strong motion and post-production expertise
- Experience producing integrated campaigns across motion and content
- Solid understanding of production budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing
- Experience working with agencies and top-tier brands
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, productions, and company events
- A valid passport
