Job Summary
Own the production process from kickoff to final delivery, managing timelines, budgets, team schedules, and workflow tools. Liaise with clients, artists, and creative leads to keep projects on track, flag issues proactively, and offer solutions across creative and logistical challenges. Track deliverables to ensure all work meets Secret Level's creative standards while coordinating with external vendors and talent across global time zones. Support pitches, treatments, and project planning as needed. This hands-on role requires calmness under pressure and familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Notion, and Asana.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a producer in creative, agency, or studio environments
- Strong experience managing motion, animation, VFX, or hybrid creative pipelines
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving studio environment
- Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Notion, Slack, Asana, etc.
