Senior Producer

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex experiential events, brand activations, and integrated campaigns, translating creative concepts into executable production plans while overseeing timelines, scopes, budgets, and risk management. Act as the primary client contact to build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and provide strategic guidance, while independently resolving operational challenges to ensure seamless execution. Mentor junior producers and coordinators, strengthen internal processes, and contribute senior expertise to proposals and pitches to drive business growth. Own project budgets, profitability, and supplier negotiations to maintain commercial excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
