Requires hands-on involvement in shot lists, location scouting, props sourcing, asset quality checks, and set decoration, with travel up to 25%. Role emphasizes team leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Accounts and Finance, and ensuring efficient use of agency and freelance resources while maintaining output quality across multiple brands including Secret, Olay, Native, Gillette, Ivory, Safeguard, Herbal Essences, and more. Demonstrated 5+ years of production experience, strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
