Job Summary
Senior Producer, Local Scripted Original Production in LATAM, responsible for end-to-end management of original production projects, ensuring standardized processes and effective information flow between internal teams and external production companies; provides operational, administrative, and financial support across the project lifecycle, including deliverables tracking, cost control, budget and cost report analysis, invoice supervision, and coordination of post-production workflows; Associate Producer supports project efficiency, quality, and adherence to Warner Bros. Discovery standards and industry best practices; duties include tracking deliverables and milestones, maintaining project information across platforms (Teams, Monday, internal folders), ensuring use of standardized tools, and supporting financial processes such as cost tracking, weekly cost table updates, and payment approval after deliverables verification; coordination of post-production workflows (Frame.io access management, review cycles, delivery tracking, material distribution).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English
- Experience supporting scripted or unscripted content production in an operational, production, or associate producer role
- Solid understanding of production budgets, cost reports, and financial workflows
- Experience working with post-production processes and delivery management
- Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Teams, Seenchronize or similar production management platforms
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
