Job Summary
Senior Producer responsible for shaping production strategy for Scopely's new game development portfolio, acting as the key bilingual liaison between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking teams, facilitating translation and interpretation, driving project management and milestone tracking, coordinating with external partners across dev, localization, and marketing, and continuously optimizing processes for mobile-first, cross-platform development while proactively managing risks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of translation & production experience in the video game industry
- Understanding the content production process of mobile game development
- Expert level in both Chinese and English (spoken & written) translation & interpretation
- Experience working with external development partners or remote teams
- Strong experience in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.) and agile development methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
