Senior Producer Director

Senior Producer Director at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, a hybrid role within the Enterprise Event Production team. You will orchestrate high-quality live and scripted video programming for executive leaders, manage pre-production and production workflows, and coordinate budget, invoicing, and vendor partnerships. Responsibilities include creating complex video content (documentary, staff/employee education, executive communications, benefactor programming, and clinical documentation) with a strong emphasis on quality, independence, and multi-project management. Must possess working knowledge of audiovisual production equipment and be able to support unit operations, including project intake and administrative processes, while collaborating with Mayo Clinic executives and the executive office staff in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.
