Job Summary
Lead end-to-end production of global campaign content across moving image and stills, managing day-to-day execution from briefing through shoots. Deliver multiple production schedules, oversee creative budgets and time tracking, and coordinate post-production within the social edit team. Provide hands-on leadership for Production Assistants, freelancers, and external production companies while maintaining relationships with photographers, directors, and studios. Manage the annual always-on shoot budget and support major external events with pop-up studios or nimble shoots. Evaluate production processes to implement improvements and ensure all output meets Tilbury standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of and past experience in producing global content
- Prior video and stills production experience
- Relevant experience in the beauty, fashion or luxury industries
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-starter with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships internally
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to rapidly adapt to change quickly and effectively, under pressure and short deadlines
