Job Summary
Senior Producer who leads end-to-end planning and deployment of marketing campaigns for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, acting as the central connector between Marketing, Brand, Creative and external agencies to ensure on-strategy, on-time, on-budget delivery. Builds and guides cross-functional teams of designers, writers, creative technologists and other specialists, defining campaign strategy, test designs, data requirements and tracking, managing deliverables and schedules, and driving cross‐functional collaboration and communication to scale processes and optimize performance while delivering a consistent client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive previous relevant experience in marketing production or related roles
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills
- Experience coordinating between marketing, creative teams, and external partners
- Ability to manage cross-functional workflows, budgets, and schedules
- Comfort with data requirements, measurement, and optimization of campaigns
- Ability to translate strategy into executable deliverables with test design and tracking
- Experience with developing and maintaining campaign strategy and asset production workflows
- Proven ability to mentor and coach team members
- In-office collaboration with a preference for regular in-person work several days a week
