Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors while negotiating contracts to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery. Manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle for SaaS, including gathering requirements, appraising suppliers, and overseeing SRM activities. Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline processes and ensure contract compliance. Support the transformation of procurement from an IT-only function to a company-wide role by implementing efficient processes for purchase requisitions and invoice reconciliation. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on SaaS matters, developing strategies to consolidate software toolsets and balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an IT/SaaS Procurement role (buyer or above) or similar role, preferably within the IT or SaaS
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of procurement best practices
- Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders
- Ability to balance short-term needs (e.g., renewals) with long-term strategic improvements
