Job Summary
Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics center construction, third-party construction services, and network infrastructure systems. Lead strategic sourcing, supplier integration, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve target cost reductions while managing end-to-end processes from market analysis to contract negotiation. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and legal teams to identify value projects, monitor scorecards, and drive operational efficiency. Evaluate supplier capabilities and financial stability, analyze process bottlenecks, and oversee RFX package development within allocated expenditure limits.
Required Qualifications

- 시장 상황, 공급업체 상황 등 대/내외 환경을 고려한 전략적 소싱 계획 수립 능력
- 특정 비즈니스 요구 및 SLA를 반영하는 동급 최고의 조건을 갖춘 공급업체와의 계약 협상 가능
- 여러 소싱 프로젝트의 파이프라인 관리 및 비용 절감 보고 능력
- 탄탄한 팀 플레이어, 팀 환경에서 협력적이고 효과적인 업무 소화 가능
- 강력한 컨설팅/분석/문제 해결 능력
- 뛰어난 대인 관계/소통/협상 능력
- 조달 또는 공급업체 소싱 분야에서 3년 이상 근무한 경험

- 다양한 카테고리의 경험 보유
- Capex 와 Opex Sourcing 프로젝트 경험 보유
- 공정거래 및 하도급 관련 법률 (업무 범위와 관련된 기본 사항) 에 대한 이해도 보유
- e-Procurement 구현 및 구매/조달 전환에 대한 경험 보유
- 여러 유형의 용역 계약 문서에 대한 검토 및 준비 능력 보유
- 이커머스, 리테일, 택배 및 물류 전문회사 비즈니스 경험 보유
- 건설업, 네트워크 설비 비즈니스 경험 보유
