Job Summary
Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing and operational procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring alignment with BCAA's business objectives. Lead the development of complex bid documents including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, while conducting comprehensive vendor analysis and overseeing purchase order issuance. Drive continuous process improvement by analyzing procurement data and implementing best practices in supply chain management. Collaborate with internal teams to promote policy adherence, provide training on procurement tools, and act as a trusted advisor on cost-saving strategies and supplier negotiations. Support fleet management services and monitor performance metrics to report savings and compliance to senior management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of supply management experience, with a salary range of $75,363 to $94,203 and a performance bonus target of 9%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply management, including contract negotiation and strategic sourcing
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, risk assessment, and compliance management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in technology-based applications, particularly spreadsheets and databases, to manage procurement processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet varied deadlines with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- SCMP or CPSM designation
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Experience working in a medium to large multi-entity corporate reporting structure
