Job Summary
Oversees purchasing activities and procures materials, equipment, and services. Negotiates contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure best price, quality, and schedule, and may provide Coupa system support. Develops and maintains the supplier base for assigned services or construction projects; coordinates registration/onboarding of new suppliers; prepares RFP scopes and specifications; negotiates and finalizes vendor contracts; ensures quality and cost value of goods and services; serves as the main point of contact with internal customers and field teams for procurement issues; ensures compliance with established purchasing procedures. Responsibilities may include Coupa configuration revisions to optimize user experience and financial controls, plus Coupa reporting and data analysis. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- minimum of 2 years directly related experience in procurement and/or vendor contract management
- Experience managing day-to-day procurement platform operations (Coupa) including configuration, troubleshooting, workflow management
- Proven ability to analyze and prepare bid documents and negotiate vendor contracts
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational needs while managing purchasing procedures
- Strong analytical and communication skills for data analysis and reporting
