Senior Procurement Officer (Supply, Cloud Infrastructure)

Senior Procurement Officer to lead strategic sourcing and high-value cloud infrastructure procurement for Runpod. Responsible for end-to-end complex contract negotiations, prioritizing favorable payment terms, cost structuring against cash flow, and discounting credits. Manage supplier relationships and vendor management to secure optimal terms; serve as the primary liaison with Legal to translate commercial requirements into contract language and streamline contract execution. Conduct financial and risk analysis to forecast expenses and drive cost improvements while maintaining deployment speed. Collaborate with Engineering and Finance leadership to align procurement strategy with aggressive product delivery and company growth. Requires extensive procurement lifecycle experience, strong commercial and legal acumen, and strategic problem-solving in supply chain dynamics. Background check required. Remote-first role based in the United States with no visa sponsorship; salary range $140,000–$180,000 plus equity and generous benefits.
