Job Summary
Senior Procurement Manager for RWE Renewables Australia overseeing Onshore Wind, PV and Storage projects. Responsible for defining and implementing supplier strategies embedded in the global procurement framework, managing CAPEX/EP C/BoP contracts during development and construction, optimizing supply chains across project lifecycles, leading local content initiatives, negotiating large complex tenders for external lots across Wind Onshore, PV and Storage, developing purchasing strategies, standardizing tender processes, and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships with development, construction, and operations teams. Hybrid work arrangement in Australia with potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering or business economics degree
- Several years of international procurement experience
- Experience in management and processing of large and complex tenders for EPC contracts and/or power plant/infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally
- Strong strategic and commercial awareness
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel
