Job Summary
Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management for a major capital program in a highly regulated industry. Responsibilities include developing procurement and commercial strategies, managing the full contract lifecycle, leading claims management and dispute resolution, driving change management and cost/risk optimization, ensuring governance and audit readiness, evaluating supplier capabilities, and partnering with Legal, Project Controls, and Engineering. Travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial management within capital projects or regulated industries
- Strong track record leading high-value contract negotiations (construction, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure)
- Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., nuclear, energy, infrastructure) preferred
- Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, and Excel for commercial and project controls integration
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CCM, PMP) are an asset
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
