Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for Technology categories, including Software, SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, from demand planning through contract execution. Develop sourcing strategies, conduct spend analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities, and lead supplier negotiations while ensuring governance and risk compliance. Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive value, manage supplier relationships, and support procurement transformation initiatives. Deliver market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, and data-driven insights through dashboards and reports. Fluent German and English required with 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and complex contract management.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
- strong focus on Technology categories
- Fluent German and English
- Proven experience managing complex supplier negotiations and contracts
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience in spend analytics, reporting and data-driven decision making
- Project management experience, including cross-functional initiatives
- Good understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, business cases and cost analysis
- Knowledge of procurement tools, contract management systems and analytics platforms
