Job Summary
Lead and support development projects and process optimization for pulp mills across the fiberline area, performing frequent site visits to Karlstad, Gävle, or Stockholm. Troubleshoot operational issues, design and tune process control systems, and execute new process development and commissioning activities. Collaborate with mill teams to deliver value creation projects while applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Requires fluency in English and Swedish, proficiency in data analysis tools like Wedge, and experience with distributed control systems. Required Qualifications
- University level degree in pulping, chemical engineering, automation, or similar
- Wide understanding and experience related to fiberline processes and operations
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience from a pulp mill operations or development
- Familiarity with distributed control systems (DCS)
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis tools like Wedge or similar
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to travel
