Senior Process Manager - Lending responsible for designing, testing, and managing processes aligned with business strategy; acts as a trusted advisor, leads change management initiatives, develops strategic plans, analyzes data to provide insights, and produces reports/dashboards. Requires strong experience in process design, risk/compliance awareness, change management, stakeholder collaboration, and capability to streamline and automate processes within banking operations.
Required Qualifications
- post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
