Job Summary
Senior Process Lead (Production) to lead processes for eliminating losses and optimize the production line in İzmir. Responsibilities include controlling production process parameters, reducing finished goods costs through efficiency gains, executing and leading problem solving and process control tools, optimizing production plans for Manning & format conversion durations, providing guidance and coaching to line staff, acting as a process expert in troubleshooting, and fully applying the Integrated Manufacturing System (IMS) and PMI standards & policies. Requires university degree in Engineering, 3-6 years in a production environment, strong English communication, collaboration, and strong analytical and MS Office skills.
