Senior Process Improvement Engineer

Senior Process Improvement Engineer responsible for safety-focused operational improvements across the plant, identifying performance issues and leading capacity and productivity studies; develops and trials process improvements to enhance quality, yield, efficiency, profitability, and customer service; leads new grade and raw material introductions, root-cause investigations, and development of improvement proposals; supports SHE and process safety assessments, MOC and modification projects, and the creation of process basis of design and operating documentation; mentors junior engineers and provides training to operations personnel in plant design basis.
