Senior Process Expert/Process Expert, Fixed assets and Leases

Job Summary
Perform and coordinate complex Fixed Assets accounting and reporting activities, including preparing and validating tax-related asset reports for Finnish entities. Monitor and develop Fixed Assets processes to ensure operational excellence, while supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Prepare and review reconciliations, analyses, and reporting related to Fixed Assets and Leases, and participate in projects, system enhancements, and automation initiatives. Collaborate with Business Finance, Tax, Digital & IT Team, and external stakeholders to support audits and provide accounting expertise. Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the organization. This role offers a hybrid working model and reports to the Manager, Finance & Control.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Solid experience in fixed assets accounting
- Strong understanding of IFRS and Finnish GAAP related to fixed assets and reporting
- Knowledge of Finnish tax regulations and reporting requirements related to fixed assets
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP (FCC and S/4)
- Fluency in English and Finnish
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Security background check (for Finland positions)
