SENIOR PROCESS & EQUIPMENT ENGINEER - BACKEND/LABELING ENGINEERING

Job Summary
Senior Process & Equipment Engineer responsible for establishing and driving backend processes, maintenance, debugging, and automation to improve process yield and uptime, plus establishing labeling processes and tester/vision equipment capacity/productivity models for integrated automation. Leads a team of AE/techs to support projects and daily tasks, mentors subordinates, and ensures compliance with Safety, ESD, ISO, Cleanroom and housekeeping guidelines while pursuing cost savings and continuous improvement. Requires experience in automation, machine vision, robotics, C#/VB.NET, and data analysis to optimize backend equipment maintenance, spare parts, and software documentation, and to support operator training and productivity improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer science
- 1 to 3 years' experience in manufacturing process and automation
- Good computer literacy, data mining and software development with C# and VB.NET knowledge
- Knowledge in motion control, IO control, robotics and machine vision desirable
- Ability to resolve problems and drive corrective actions
- Ability to originate and develop ideas for process and technical improvements
- Experience with OTD, scrap and rework reduction
