Required Qualifications
- US Person - Must be a US Citizen or green card holder
- Bachelor’s in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering
- 3-5+ years in process engineering; experience in defense, aerospace, or complex manufacturing/assembly; experience with first article inspections is a plus
- CpK/PPK analysis, SPC, RCCA tools (8D, 5-Why)
- JMP and Python
- Hands-on, on-the-floor problem solving, team support
- Strong communicator; proactive problem-solver, willing to learn and grow
- Stand, walk, lift 50 lbs in a gritty shop with heat and noise
