Job Summary
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing semiconductor manufacturing processes to enhance yield and performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting process engineering-related issues, supporting component selection, and engaging in business development by collaborating with sales and clients. This role requires executing technical training for staff, coordinating team activities, and providing timely, data-driven solutions. Essential skills include an in-depth understanding of semiconductor processes and materials, along with proficiency in conducting experiments and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Mechanical/Material Science/Chemistry or related Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ research or work experience with Etch/CVD/EPI/Implant processes and/or equipment
- Rich SEMI application & process experience
- Proficiency in written and oral English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CAD software – AutoCAD preferred
- Working knowledge in a quick-turn, engineer-to-order environment
