Senior Process Engineer (Tool shop & Fine Blanking)

Job Summary
Manage and sustain manufacturing processes by identifying hazards, conducting safety audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Solve daily process problems using systematic methods like 8D and design experiments to optimize operations. Demonstrate process capability through analysis of Cmk and Cpk results, while developing and implementing FMEA, control plans, and production standards. Control consumable costs and inventory levels to prevent stockouts. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to drive efficiency and release new machinery and suppliers. Provide technical guidance to the production team and interface with internal associates and suppliers to advance BPS maturity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree of engineering (material technology, mechanical, mechatronic)
- Over 3 years in manufacturing plant
- Prior experience working in multinational corporations
- Problem solving experience by systematic approach
- Experience in design of experiments and data analysis by using statistic application
- Experience in leading continuous improvement project as BPS concept
