Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary
The Senior Process Engineer will lead the conceptual and detailed engineering design, execution, and implementation of medium complexity projects, focusing on capital projects to support North American manufacturing. This role requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing alternatives, managing project budgets and schedules, and training manufacturing personnel. Experience in the food and pharma industries, along with knowledge of process design and project management, is essential. The position may involve managing co-ops or interns and requires domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Food, Agricultural, or other closely related Engineering field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Food Processing, Confectionery, Pharmaceutical or related industries
- Process engineering, process design and project management experience, including process troubleshooting and optimization
