Senior Process Engineer (Preconstruction)

Senior Process Engineer for preconstruction AI-enabled EPC support. Translate real process engineering workflows into product requirements and validation checks; define how preconstruction processes are performed and what constitutes “good”; review and validate process deliverables across early-phase engineering packages; build repeatable checks to catch inconsistencies across key documents and handoffs; map where rework occurs, drivers, and inputs; clarify interface points with Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation; identify repetitive vs judgement-based steps; enable software to manage repetitive tasks while engineers retain control. Must have 7+ years at an EPC/PMC/owner-operator, strong FEED and detailed design understanding, experience with PFD/P&ID development, and familiarity with standards such as API, ASME, NFPA, ISA; experience running simulations in Aspen HYSYS/Plus or similar tools; ability to spot inconsistencies across P&IDs, datasheets, and vendor packages; nice-to-have as a discipline lead or technical authority; interest in AI or automation.
