Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer to drive continual process improvement across all operations, provide engineering troubleshooting for sheet extrusion lines and related equipment, develop and execute product and process development plans to improve quality, cost, and productivity, and lead initiatives from raw-material qualification to supplier/customer coordination. Responsibilities include safety program maintenance, providing technical direction to operators and manufacturing staff, maintaining process documentation (SOPs/SOCs), supporting digitalization and sustainability initiatives, SAP transactions handling, coordinating with Maintenance, Project Engineering, Technology and Innovations, Commercial/Sales, and customers to resolve quality issues and drive improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety, loss prevention, and environmental standards. The role also involves reviewing daily operations, offering off-shift support as needed, and working to achieve budgeted volumes and yields while driving continuous improvement and zero-defect quality culture.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical.
- 5-10 years of operations experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering.
- Knowledge of industry Quality Systems.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Team orientation.
- Well-versed in SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other corporate supplied software.
- Human relation skills.
