Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the delivery of process engineering projects from concept through installation and commissioning while managing multidisciplinary engineering teams. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Quality requirements. Mentor junior engineers and assist with technical proposals and quotations. Requires a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering with approximately 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or food processing sectors. Required Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
- Approximately 10 years or more of relevant process engineering experience
- Proven experience working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, beverage, brewing, food processing, dairy, or similar manufacturing sectors
- Strong understanding of process equipment and systems such as CIP, filtration, chromatography, utility systems, or equivalent manufacturing processes
- Experience managing engineering projects from design through commissioning
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid work permit or rights to work in Ireland
