Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary
The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for process development, integration, and sustaining activities for infrared wafer-level vacuum packaging. Key responsibilities include coordinating new product introduction projects, troubleshooting technical problems, monitoring process yields, and evaluating supplier components. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in semiconductor fabrication processes, including etching and cleaning, photolithography, and automated optical inspection. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in an applicable engineering field
- 5+ years applicable engineering experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
- Able to work in Class 100 Clean Room for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of solvent clean and wet etch practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with hermetic microelectronics packaging
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and statistical analysis
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance
