Senior Process Engineer

Lead reliability engineering across four critical areas (Parenterals, Optical Inspection / Device Assembly Packaging, Utilities, Synthetics) and own the reliability strategy, governance, standards and key performance metrics for the site. Provide technical leadership, prioritize reliability initiatives, mentor a team of 4 reliability engineers, and partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain and EHS. Establish repeatable processes for failure analysis, design-for-reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, spare parts optimization, and lifecycle risk management to improve equipment uptime, product quality and cost of ownership. Define the site reliability vision and KPIs, create policies and governance (FMEA lifecycle, RCA, design reviews), and lead reliability projects (asset criticality, RCM, obsolescence mitigation, redesigns). Implement or optimize reliability data infrastructure (CMMS, failure modes register, reliability databases, dashboards, Weibull/life distribution modeling) and use data-driven methods for RCA and prioritization. Ensure GMP/compliance, support change control and CAPA investigations, and drive risk mitigation for critical equipment. Lead stakeholder engagement with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain; present roadmap and results to site leadership with quantified impact (downtime reduction, cost savings, risk reduction).
