Senior Process Engineer

Senior Process Engineer responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of equipment and processes through good engineering practices. Will collaborate with Engineering Manager or designee, provide technical support to Operations and Project Teams, manage and support project delivery, C&Q, and FPX standards to drive deployment, monitor programs, provide technical interpretation, ensure alignment to policies, procedures, government regulations, and customer specifications. Provide technical leadership and support execution of EHS&S policies, lead engineering execution of projects and initiatives, generate capital equipment appropriations, control expenditures, ensure schedules and budgets, keep senior management informed with reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical transfer projects/NPI, maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and stay current with professional knowledge. Essential qualifications include a degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or related field; desirable experience in chemical/CGMP regulated environments, failure analysis, and familiarity with Word/Excel/Outlook, DeltaV, PLC/SCADA, SAP; strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; and a Credo-based decision-making mindset.
