Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer focused on planning, directing and monitoring manufacturing production activities, with responsibilities including coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering, SCM, Logistics and other teams; leading investigations (RCA) for quality issues, implementing safety improvements (PPE), calibrating equipment, and driving Kaizen, cost-saving and CAPEX initiatives; role emphasizes process improvement, training, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and may involve cross-functional collaboration across packaging and cabling processes; requires bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning and shop-floor control; proficiency in SAP-PP, PLC, and AutoCAD is advantageous; Thai and English language proficiency expected.

- Min 5 years’ Experience in productions planning and shop-floor control and/or productions improvement and process improvement
