Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer responsible for leading design, development, and implementation of continuous process improvements in manufacturing, with emphasis on cable products; provides technical expertise across R&D, operations, sales, and marketing; drives projects to completion using structured project management; mentors production personnel on new technologies; evaluates materials, equipment, and tooling for manufacturing and testing; analyzes industry trends and develops standardized manufacturing processes; coordinates transfer of technologies into production and supports technical data, samples, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience
- Direct experience in wire and cable process and/or design engineering
