Job Summary
Lead new product launches as the factory representative, developing manufacturing processes by reviewing product requirements and building trial and costing estimates. Drive continuous improvement activities focused on cost reduction while maintaining quality standards, and support operations in root cause analysis to maintain yield targets. Guide product changes through the APQP process and participate in routine systems including FMEAs and Floor Management. Mentor direct reports, advance knowledge to become a globally recognized subject matter expert, and hold blue sky thinking sessions to gather cost savings ideas. Execute divisional strategy for authentication and brand protection, providing subject matter expertise to leadership for strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in a related field
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing practices and lean processes
- Understanding of product development process requirements
- Demonstrated competencies in all aspects of project management
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
