Senior Process Engineer 1

Conduct client process fit assessments and feasibility studies for new and expanded manufacturing capabilities, including Drug Substance and Drug Product unit operations. Drive engineering studies to confirm process fit to plant designs, lead equipment capital expenditure estimates, and manage procurement packages. Identify facility gaps, suggest improvements, and support technology transfer through detailed mass balance and equipment flow diagrams. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, address bottlenecks, and provide technical guidance for major project designs and site expansion planning. Serve as subject matter expert for upstream and downstream processes while reporting strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
