Job Summary
Senior Process Development Engineer responsible for developing and optimizing seam sealing and back-end assembly processes for microelectronic components and modules in the Engineering Proto-Type area. Focus on laser/resistance seam sealing, reflow/sealing, leak testing, and packaging operations; standardizing manufacturing processes in MES; troubleshooting equipment and processes; cross-functional collaboration with Design, Quality, Operations, Sustaining and Planning; qualification of new tools, operator training, and driving yield, throughput, and process robustness through continuous improvement and data-driven actions.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years Industry experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing including laser/resistance seam sealing, reflow sealing, leak test, lead forming, and surface mount technologies
- Coursework in statistics and other related subjects
- Prior experience working in a semiconductor cleanroom environment

- U.S. Citizen (Current clearance holder a plus)
